Gilbert quoted a competitive price. More importantly, he also provided excellent customer service. He was a pleasure to work with: honest, patiently answered my questions, always polite, always responded to phone calls or emails, thoroughly explained the auto transport business to me.

The carrier he line up for me was Kris. Kris also provided excellent service. He generally put in the effort to keep me posted about the transport, calling 24hrs in advance of pickup, calling 1 hour prior, calling during transport to let me know the delivery time.

The car was picked up and delivered as promised. Great communication. I highly recommend Philam Transport!
