I was a first time shipper and was told the driver would contact me the day before pickup to coordinate our schedules. Mr. Pavlas contacted me in the afternoon and said he could pickup the next day. Our next day was not a good time for us to coordinate, so he asked if we might be available that same evening, which worked out great. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. His truck and carrier were in good condition. He methodically looked over our vehicle and documented all existing scratches and dents. We asked if we could have the vehicle placed on the top rack, and he was very agreeable and accomodating. He gave us a copy of the form documenting all existing imperfections along with all order information. We also got his cell phone number and talked with him a couple of times while in route to get an idea of when the vehicle would arrive. He let us know it would take approximately 6-8 days depending on weather/road conditions. He also said he would call my son the day before he arrived to coordinate the arrival. The vehicle arrived in 7 days and he called the day before as planned. Mr. Pavlas was again, very friendly and professional in dealing with us upon arrival. There were no surprises in schedule or cost.

One thing we did learn was that "gently used" vehicles may run poorly for a few minutes after arrival. We hadn't anticipated this and there were a few anxious moments while letting the vehicle run and warm up properly. We attribute this to the vehicle's fluids becoming very settled and draining to the lowest points during shipment. We just let it run for a few minutes and everything began to run smoothly again. After that, I can confidently say the vehicle arrived safe and sound. No damage or extraordinary dirt.

I would certainly use Mr. Pavlas again and have confidence in his ability to transport vehicles without any fear of a bad experience.
