Karen helped me by answering any question I could think of throughout the entire process. This company has great customer service and kept me informed. I would use this company for any auto transports I do in the future. Karen informed me that it would take about 24-72 hours to secure the carrier at times but my car was picked up in just 3 hours. They had the cheapest estimate I could find and my car made it without a scratch! 5 stars!
