No schedule driver

Contract was signed on 1/28/15 for shipping my car from Bonita Springs, FL to westmont, IL "on or around 3/28/15". After several calls to Passage for confirmation of the date, I was told on 3/30/15 that they couldn't tell me when the car would be picked up because "no driver had called in". Todd could not give me a future date when the car would be picked up-not the next day, week, month or year. What he said (rather nastily) was, he would cancel the contract and refund my $75 deposit. Since my lease on my rental unit was up, I had no where to leave my car for future transport so I, a 70 year old female, canceled my plane tickets and drove my 17 year old car, 1400 miles to IIlliois. I have since spoken with another Passage Auto transport customer who had the same experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone...and incidentally, I still have not received a refund of the deposit. UPDATE....received a call today from the alleged owner. He claimed Todd is just a broker and has already gotten his money. He offered to reimburse me my deposit of $75....IF I WOULD REMOVE THIS REVIEW. I REFUSED. I guess I'm out $75.
