I had to ship a car that was a present from a family member to my son. I was afraid at first because I heard all kinds of stories about transport companies. I spoke to Mike and he addressed my fears by being honest and upfront about my transport. He explained to me some of the things that occur and why. He also made me realize how a lack of understanding the process would make people discouraged. I was very pleased with my transport it went exactly as promised. I would definitely use Passage Auto Transport and Michael again. It's funny because they weren't the first company that I called and ironically they weren't the cheapest. The cheapest company called me 2 days after I received the car to see if i still needed a rider and that they had on for me but it would cost me $125 more than the original quote. Thank you again Passage Auto Transport. If Mike didn't explain things to me then I would have been taken advantage of.
