I had booked this move with another company a full month prior to the desired pickup date. That date plus 2 more weeks went by without any sign of a truck being assigned. I contacted Joanne for help and advice, she worked my file, and within 4 days she had assigned a driver and immediately had vehicle picked up. The seller was getting pretty frustrated at the time he had to keep car, however Joanne and company came thru for me while I was under some duress. Exceptional customer service is a rarity in this day and age, however Parker Auto Transport, lives and breathes it every day - great job!
