It took my car around 20 days to get from MA to CA. During this time, the truck broke down, a driver was fired, and a replacement driver took over. Joanne from Parker Auto was very helpful in letting me know what was going on. Fast and Furious Transport if any is to blame for the slow delivery. I was kept up to date and my car eventually made it to me in perfect condition. Furthermore, we were compensated $ for waiting so long. Overall, I am happy with the auto transport, though it helped that I was in no rush to get the car.
