Joanne went out of her way to be helpful to us, and at no additional cost.
Our car was going to arrive several weeks before we would in our new AZ home. Joanne stored our car at her own house while we were travelling in our RV. I asked how much the charge was and she replied it was part of her service.
We were keep informed all the way along the process, and she promptly returned our calls.
I cannot say enough good things about using Parker. People who care, are easy and pleasant to deal with and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction, all this at one of the lowest price quotes too.
A broker named Mercury Auto Transport was one of the other 3 I asked for quotes. Their price was similar, but Parker had a better rating on Angies List. Mercury sent annoying follow up emails almost every day to ask for the business, no big deal. BUT, after our car is delivered I get an inquiry from Joanne telling me that Mercury told her they had a signed contract and my credit card number so she had no right to my business. Mercury totally lied. I never contracted with them, only asked for a quote. BEWARE of MERCURY AUTO TRANSORT.
