This company indicates in (fine print of the Terms and Conditions) that they will find a carrier to move your car. They charged a deposit of 300.00 then 1200.00 and another 101.00 (to cover port fees) then the over the road motor carrier had to be paid seperatly an additional 1200.00 THEN they did not pay the ocean carrier to get the auto from Tacoma to Anchorage. So basically the 1601.00 was for them to do a Google search to find a carrier, not to actually move the car. They do not answer the phone, or fax or reply to email. In order to get the car that carrier had to be paid their freight charges - another 1700.00. READ THE SMALL PRINT and do not buy into thier BS. Called BBB in FL, DOT, Federal Motor Carrier and a lawyer. SCAM ARTIST! Use a real car carrier company not these frauds. Try Wrightway Auto Carriers or Reindeer Auto or Dependable Auto Shippers or AADA.
