Worst experience ever

I have moved 8 cars in the last year and have never had service as bad as this company The Firebird was the last and worst experience. The car was in a storage building that is not open on weekends They were supposed to pick it up on a Saturday afternoon. The seller got them to open the building for him and the car is now out in the front driveway of the building. He sat with the car for hours in the 95 degree heat of the Arizona sun,the driver was a no show and would not answer his cell phone. I could not get a hold of the broker, his driver or dispatch.Calls and emails to all three were never answered. The car was not picked up until late Monday afternoon. The entire time it sat in the driveway with no roof. On the following Sunday I got a call from the driver and he wanted to drop the car at the local Wal-Mart because he had a full size car carrier and did not want to drive it into Alpha. It was amazing I was able to communicate with him. I wound up driving to WalMart and had him follow me back with the truck . I never got any return calls from the broker or dispatch for this entire incidentm
