Horrible experience STAY AWAY!!

After deciding to ship my car I went for this company as they gave me the cheapest quote. Like everybody else I signed a contract before they can assign me a carrier. They asked for a deposit for $400 and told me they won't charge me until they found a carrier and they will only charge the rest after the car is delivered. Not the case, $800 was charged within 3 days after I signed the contract. Yadiel stopped responding to my calls/emails. It is only a week before the pick up date and I get very nervous. After finding those reviews here I contacted a few reviewers. They told me they never showed up at/after the pick up date and never call back. People who left positive reviews never get back to me. I have to call my bank to dispute the transaction and go for other companies. Until then I realized you never need to pay deposit or anything until your car is delivered.
Reps. from P. line logistics, if you want reply, please answer the following questions:

1. Why customers credit cards been charged the full amount before pick up date? You break the contract first!

2. Why not answering calls/emails no matter how many times we call?
