This was the first time I ever had to transport a vehicle and was looking for the best price. Angel got right back to me every time I called EXCEPT after he got my credit card information. Then all contact stopped. I sent him an email the night before the vehicle was to be picked up just to confirm the time and he never returned countless emails, phone calls, even faxes. I tried every phone number I could find and used every extension and never received a call back. Needless to say, the truck never showed up to pick up the vehicle. I was flabbergasted. I had to spend hours on the phone making sure my credit card was not charged and had to find another company that could transport the vehicle for me. Disgusting...never use this company!! You will be sorry..
