My daughter purchased a brand new 2014 vehicle in California and to keep the mile low we transported the vehicle to Fort Worth using Pacific Groupage Services Inc. In the transportation process, the vehicle was damaged in the amount of $800.0. Their insurance company denied the claim as it was under there deductible and now the company will not pay for the repair of the damage. I have been working with the broker Montway and they have suspended the carrier for doing business with them but I still can’t get the damage covered. If you read this please tell your broker not to use PACIFIC GROUPAGE SERVICES INC, and if you know how to make the pay please send me a message.
