My vehicle was picked up and delivered on time with great communication and coordination at both ends. It was kept in almost the same position (top rack!) the whole trip, and there was no damage upon delivery - just a bit dirty as you'd expect from a trip across the country on an open carrier.

Jim, the owner-operator at Pace, was customer-focused, talkative, and polite. You could tell that he enjoyed his job and had a lot of pride in his company. I also appreciated being able to support a local small business.

What more could I ask for? We're already setting up a second appointment!
