The only credit they get is they will get you car from one spot to another but every other aspect of this agreement; they are terrible. They will not communicate with you. You have to call them every time - and that's just the office guy Trevor. The driver will not answer the phone or texts - ever, he will only call when he is close to drop off. They will lie about pick up and drop off times. If you're OK with them dictating when your car will be picked up and dropped off and you're OK with them NEVER calling you or keeping you informed then you might consider them. They are not polite and have no etiquette whatsoever. There were moments I thought they might actually be trying to steal my car because of no contact for hours and hours or a whole day when your car is supposed to be delivered already. Spend the extra money, DO NOT use a broker, and find a reputable co. These guys are unprofessional, street husseling hacks.
