PBC EXPRESS - Run, Don't Walk From this Carrier

Carrier was brokered by Stateway Auto Transport, who told me after the experience I had with PBC Express, that they would never use them again. This is a two-man company with one truck. The owner (Chris, and I'm not even sure it's his real name) never called me back after leaving numerous voice-mails for him the 12 days he had my vehicle. He didn't call me unitil the morning of delivery. and the first words out of his mouth were "Do you have my money?" I think he'd been even later if I hadn't contacted Stateway Auto Transport and told them that I would report my car as stolen if I didn't have it in my possession by 5pm, November 20, 2012. My car was picked up November 9, 2012, and instead of deliverying my car the carrier chose to go home to Arizona and spend three days doing whatever. He was the rudest individual I'd ever dealt with. His only comment was "It is what it is", when I asked him why he was late and why he never returned any of my calls. He's a short, fat coward with a smart-ass mouth! He doesn't have a website nor an email address which should have been my first clue as to who/what I was dealing with. I was in the Army for 24 years, and it's because of my background that I didn't shut his smart-ass mouth the way I'd like to have. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY, NOT IT YOU EXPECT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
