you don't threat your customer

The driver Hamid had the worst attitude and threat to take my car away and call my "sergeant" because I told him he was late and should've contact the customers first. He was a day late from the latest delivery date and not once contact me about being late and told me the fouls information about his real location to cover up his delay. The first thing he said to me when he saw me was " how are you going to pay me?" "You pay me first then you get your car." He got annoyed and start murmuring because I was inspecting the car and taking pictures of the car. He rushed me saying "you want your car or not, I have more delivery to make." Then after I handed him the cash, he counted and didn't receive any tip, he started to say that I'm disrespectful, how hard his job is, and even threaten to take the car back to California and call my "Sergeant" about me. I didn't expect a express delivery from this company, but at least being informed when they're running late or had to reschedule the pick up time. Be reachable to your customer and keep them updated as much as you can. They have 2 drivers on the truck, one can at least contact the customers. The time my family and I had to waste on waiting because of the lack of communication by the driver Hamid and his co-driver is the unmeasured loss. If you're the one who's running late, please tell the customer so they can arrange their time better than just wasting time waiting around. And if your customer needs to reschedule because you're late, don't be sarcastic and understand that you're the one who's late at the first place. And you never threat your customer! This is the most intolerable customer service experience I've ever encountered. My friend got frighten and ask if this Hamid would took my money and drove away after he threaten me.
