I made a reservation with Official Auto 2 weeks in advance. Two days before my car was available, I had to inform Auto Official that I was flying in a day later. They were very nice and did everything to accommodate my needs. Everything was perfect from the agent I was in constant email with, the agents on the phone, and especially with the driver. He was in constant contact, was friendly, and extra accommodating to my needs in getting the car within the week. The car came in great shape and the end of the transaction was super smooth! I definitely and highly recommend this company!
