The customer called stating that she needed immediate pick up. We scheduled a driver for her and she began to state that she no longer was moving anymore. We were left scratching our heads as to how this could be possible when she called not 2 hours ago stating she was moving and needed a driver quickly. We had the driver rearrange his route and headed her way. WE clearly explained to her that our deposit is non-refundable when we dispatch a driver to pick them up. She was dishonest with us as we read this review stating that she canceled after reading Mataya Robinson's review (which was a lie in the first place). She never allowed us to do our job for her. And we did have a driver for her. We are remiss and our only regret that we couldn't do this job for her since we weren't allowed to do so.
