Michael, the broker of Priority Auto Relocations, did all he could to make things right, but in the end it was his choice to rely on OK Auto Carrier Inc. to ship my car. Things were bad from start to finish with this car carrier; NOT with Michael. Michael was great, but I fear that other people may share in this unfortunate brokers decisions to go with less than reputable car carriers like that of OK Auto Carriers and so I write my first review of anything ever. First, Alex picked up the car three days early after having agreed upon a specific time to pick up the vehicle. This specific date was set and agreed upon by all parties so that the gentleman who knew all the ins and outs of the car at the dealership could be there for the pickup. Luckily the guy at the dealership happened to be there selling a car when OK Car Carrier Inc showed three days early and picked up the car from this dealer. Things were seemingly okay from there. However, those things progressively got much worse. I get a phone call from Alex in the car carrier a day before arriving making it sound as if he is already there. This person had a very thick accent and when I tried explaining my schedule and inability to get out from work for him to drop off the car during midday, Alex kept saying multiple times, after my many different attempts at saying the same thing, that he did not understand me. I asked him, "What are you not understanding?" Seemingly this was a false representation of this person's ability to speak perfect English so that I would just give in and say "when are you able to drop off the car?" This become abundantly clear when I asked him "Do you speak English?" after a long pause in the conversation after my first question. I only asked this question to determine if a language barrier existed so we could get an interpreter if needs be, NOT to insult or belittle Alex. Alex then immediately got upset and began saying he would not wait to drop the car off. He then reintegrated that he was "not willing to wait all day". This is after Alex could not give me a straight answer about when he would be able to make it in. Alex kept on saying, "I cannot give you a definite time." He played the part of the clueless foreign truck driver well, until I called Michael (the broker) and told him about this horrible conversation gone wrong. Michael tried to salvage the situation and kept everyone calm. Then I get a call from Michael saying that I would be receiving a phone call and or delivery of the vehicle around 0900 - 0930 so that I could make it into work by 1215 the next day no problem. Sure enough, I did get the phone call, but again Alex could not give me any definite time frame and said he would be delayed until later that day and still could not give me a definite time frame when he could drop off the car. I told him that this was unacceptable and somehow after he just got done telling me that he could not make it in until 1200 or 1400 he somehow was able to make it here by 1100 to drop the car off. This time of 1100 still made me late to work by over an hour after all was said and done with Alex making the drop off. When the car was finally dropped off it was absolutely filthy. Even in the inside. It was full of dirt and debris and when I asked Alex if he left the windows down during the drive from Maryland to Oregon? He ignored this question three times before finally answering me by threatened my life!!! Needless to say if you decide to deal with these guys you better be prepared for lots of drama. All I know is, if anything happens to me or my car I, along with several friends and family, will know unfortunately who is most likely responsible. I can't believe that people like this are still running around terrorizing people and acting as if the world owes them something for simply doing their job horribly. Apparently this is an all too common practice and behavior for Alex while reading a few other reviews on here. Seriously, if you hate your job and everyone that you deal with why not just quit and give someone else a job that can do your job well without complaining about it or terrorizing well paying customers.
