Tricked by Low quote Number 1 Saved me!!!

I can't thank Rob enough for saving the day. I never shipped a car before so i had no idea when i was getting shipping prices that people actually quote low then don't show up. Even worse they refused a refund for no service provided. After 10 days of nothing and no refund i disputed the charged and called Rob from number 1. He was so polite and understanding said don't feel bad happens everyday. "You got the problem solver on the phone" and he wasn't lying!!! I asked him how much money do i need to pay upfront to get the ball rolling. His response was "why would i need money now i didn't do my job yet and get your car picked up". After that i knew he was my guy. Car was picked up the next day delivered in 2 days after i was told it's a 3 day window and 3 to 5 days for delivery. Talk about not over promising and exceeding expectations. I;ll never use anyone else. Thank you Rob!!!!
