I recently transported a car through number 1 auto transport and had a great experience from start to finish. Do to my current circumstances I had to make these arraignments while being abroad. As you can imagine it wasn’t my ideal situation. I’m a very hands on individual and wasn’t easy for me not to be there while this was happening. The agent I first dealt with from the company was Marc Rybacki he assured me not to worry and this sort of situation is not uncommon for the customer not to be on either end. I was told by both parties there was solid communication prior to pickup and delivery. I also want to give thanks to the customer service department whom always answered my questions and emails during this process. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a Car transport.
