I am not one who writes reviews however after what I went through I felt compelled to let everyone know my story. I went online and entered my information hoping I would be able to get companies to fight for my business. What I did get was 28 calls from companies all over America. I didn’t realize the importance of researching companies so I chose BWT. They promised me an immediate pick up so I decided to move forward. What I didn’t know was this company was a shame. They only text me with numerous excuses of why they couldn’t pick me up. After I gave up trying to get my deposit I went with a company named Auto Transport 123. They sold me on being a family owned business and use there own trucks. None of which was true. They at work not a family business and own no truck. They are a truck broker. Needless to say the excuses continued and I simply gave up. After roughly 10 days of not getting my car picked up I was contacted by another sales person named CJ from Number 1 Auto Transport. I wasn’t going to pick up the phone however I did because I have a family member with an area code of 516. From the second I picked up the phone CJ New I was on some board truckers use to fill the truck. Instead of being a sales person he was apologizing for what I was going through. CJ and Rob were speaking with me and wanted to prove there are some good people out there ans offered to pick up my Avalanche without even asking for my Credit card. I wasn’t comfortable with them not asking for money however I found out they wanted to prove that they could pick my truck up without money. my truck was picked up within 1 day although Rob said it could take up to 3 days. I was so happy that my nightmare was over and my dads truck was on my way to me. I am hoping people see this and I beg you to research any company before just going with a cheap price. As CJ said choosing a company because they are cheap is what these internet scam companies hope everyone does. Number 1 Auto Transport is the absolute best company in this industry. I will never use anyone but them as I suggest you do as well. Thank you
