Chris was unprofessional. He was having multiple conversations with people in the backround, making fat jokes about his coworkers. Stated he went out of his way for me to find a truck when it is literally his job to do so. They have a higher deposit then other companies as well. I don’t believe it’s necessarily this company’s fault but the driver that was sent said my car wouldn’t fit when they knew the make and model prior to picking the car up. It took them 1.5 hours to rearrange all the vehicles so mine would fit. They were also 3 hours later on pickup and delivery.
