Very quick response- up front acknowledged that many companies would bombard me with calls and emails. Instead of adding to the noise, Joe simply stated the process and the services offered, then made himself available to answer all concerns and questions. My initial concerns were potential for cost to increase, fraud, theft, damage to vehicle, and risk of car not being picked up on time. We had a tight pickup/delivery window. All concerns addressed by Joe, turns out we had nothing to worry about. He worked with us to get it on the truck within a 3 day window, and it was delivered within 2 days of when we needed it...in other words, they worked with the drivers to accommodate my windows. Completely satisfied. I did not get too much communication from them once I was contacted by the driver, and they didn't call me to ensure a driver contacted me...maybe because they were talking to the driver, I don't know. Ended up not being an issue, was just something that could've increased my comfort level.
