I just worked with James Gaines at Number 1 Auto Transport. This was my first time needing such a service and I quickly realized there were some shady business practices in the industry. I happened to find James and he was polite, professional,educated me on the process, showed me where to find reviews for over 4000 transportation companies along with complaints. I trusted him and boy did he deliver. I needed a car to go from Houston to Indianapolis over the Memorial day weekend. The car couldn't arrive before my daughter. We discussed the timing and how to make that work. Absolutely everything he said from when they would find an insured trucking company, contacting for pick up and delivery was SPOT on. Not even a moment of any kind of issue. Driver picked up Thursday, knowing he couldn't drop before Sunday. Car delivered Monday morning in spotless condition. I was navigating this transaction from California. Especially after reading horror stories of late pickups, late deliveries, issues with payments, I would HIGHLY recommend James and this company. Not a single issue. Thank you so much.... Much appreciated.
