I was absolutely thrilled with #1 Auto Transport. I was coordinating a cross country move alone with a small baby. James Gaines was the consumate professional overseeing a seamless transport. Additionally he was very patient with my many questions and concerns. My move required some tricky circumstances and timing. #1 Auto Transport preformed everything they said they would do! My agent James Gaines was easily accessible, honest, extremely professional, and very personable. Which, if you have any familiarity with this auto transport business, is Rare. There are a lot of shady businesses. I would absolutely recommend #1 Auto Transport and James Gaines. This was not the cheapest quote...but you get what you pay for. The caliber of service, level of communication and seamless transport was worth every penny. My driver was courteous and very professional. He was accessible to keep me up to date with delivery. You will be thrilled with the professionalism and trustworthy nature of #1 Auto Transport, they are a superior company that I will definitely recommend very highly in my own family/ friends. Thank you James Gaines for making a very challenging transition so stress-free!!!
