OK, but not great.

The car was picked up promptly, and took about a week to get from Wisconsin to Texas. No bid deal there. However, after the car was picked up, there was NO communication from Number 1 Transport. Keep in mind that Number 1 Transport is a brokering company who hires independent car haulers to ship the vehicles. I had to call the actual driver to get information on delivery date and time. When they finally confirmed a delivery date, I assumed that the hauler would pull up in front of my house to unload. To my surprise, he showed up in my car! I asked where he unloaded the vehicle and he told me about 1 mile away because he couldn't get the hauler into the neighborhood. I can understand that, but would have preferred that he call me and have me meet him somewhere to unload. I was not happy that he had unloaded and drove the car to my house. The car was not damaged, and the shipping time was fine. The only disappointment is that there was no communication with Number 1 Transport after the car was picked up. No call from them to confirm the car made it ok. When shipping high end vehicles, a little bit of communication goes a long way. I will not use this transport brokerage again.
