From start to finish, both Rich and Rob were up front, no BS, and explained everything how it would go from pick up to delivery. I asked for pick up from 4/18/16 - 4/20/16 and my car was loaded on the 19th. I request delivery from 4/24/16 - 4/27/16 and that it be delivered after 6PM due to my work schedule. The driver called me when he was about an hour from me on 4/23/16 and would be there to deliver in about an hour. When he arrived, the driver was friendly, professional, and prompt. Absolutely First class from booking through delivery! If I ever need to transport a vehicle again, there's not a doubt who I will call. Thanks again guys, Kent Palazzo
