Ok, but not great

Working with Number1 auto transport over the phone was fine, making the appointment was quick. The truck driver, however, was super late to pick up the car. I was told the car would be picked up Sunday evening or so, but the pickup date kept getting pushed back day after day. I told the driver that the only day/time that I COULD NOT have the car picked up was Thursday at 1:30p; the driver called me Thursday morning and said that the only time she could pick up the car was between 2 and 3p. I was livid but was able to make arrangements (after great inconvenience) for her to pick up the car in a parking lot, after leaving the keys in the glove compartment.

During transit, the driver was hard to get hold of and I didn't know quite when she'd be able to drop off the car. She called me a day before she dropped off the car to let me know when/where I could pick it up. I paid $1675 total - $225 to Number1 auto transport (finder's fee, I guess?) and $1450 cash to the driver. The car was ok for the most part but was dirty and the windshield was covered in dead bugs/sticky residue. Overall, the service was ok - I got my car shipped across the country for a reasonable rate - but I think I'll probably find another transport company next time.
