This company went out of their way to really help me out, I was in California looking to ship my car back home to Minnesota. Like everyone does I looked at different companies for quotes. I spoke with Larry and he mentioned to me that other companies were not as reliable as his company and that I should be careful with other companies as they might want to charge more at the end or just never showed up, I was like yeah ok sure, thinking he just wants to make the sale. Well was I wrong, not only did the other company not return my calls or emails they still wanted to charge my card eventho the truck that was suppose to transport my car was broken. Needlessly to say I was in a pinch to get my car back to Minnesota as I was leaving California that day, I remembered Larry telling me something like this could happen and that it would not happen with his company. So I called back and spoke with Sam that was amazing in helping me find something, not only were they able to pick up my car The SAME day, they picked it up within an hour and half. They kept in constant contact especially the driver that had my car. I was even surprised when the driver called and said he could deliver my car a day ahead of schedule. Number 1 auto transport really came thru when I needed help, if I ever need to send my car somewhere again I will definitely be calling Larry or Sam back again they were super friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you number 1 auto transport for helping me out of my bind.
