To whom it may concern ~
My name is Michelle and I needed my SUV to be transported from Seattle Washington to the other end of the world...Washington DC. I was very concerned that it could be a fiasco as I had read some negative reviews online and was a bit paranoid. I originally went with a different company separate from Number 1 Transport. They blatantly lied to me and told me my car would be picked up on a specified date and 3 days past that date - I was in a state of panic because I was set to get on a plane and I would not be here to give them my car and car keys. Thank God for my twin sister because she dug her heels in and did her due diligence and researched like crazy for the best quality auto transport company. Something "I" should have done from the beginning. From there ~ it was smooth as silk.... Enter Robert from Number 1 Auto Transport. He literally saved the day! He was calm, reassuring and most importantly - did not lie to us. He was realistic and didn't take advantage of our desperate situation and was on the ball like there was no tomorrow. I felt so comforted by his aura - And He handled everything for me and I cannot tell you how relieved I was because I was really scared!!!! I flew to DC and I was floored when Robert called me every single day to update me on my car's status and even more shocked when it arrived early. 4 days!!!! It took 4 days for it to arrive from Seattle to DC!!!! I was elated beyond imagine and so grateful to Robert for being my knight in shining armour when I really thought it was gonna be a disaster situation... Thank God it all worked out and I really cannot express how miraculous this Company was for me... I will without a doubt emphatically insist that my friends and family use this company as well as myself the next time I have to move my car... I truly am so grateful to Robert...he was God send to me.... 😊🌟😊
