I was extremely nervous about shipping my 2012 Prius across country, but I did my homework, and what I saw about Number 1 Auto Transport convinced me to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. Sam was highly knowledgeable, very helpful, and willing to take time to answer all of my questions, and explain the ins and outs of auto transport. Due to my job transfer situation, we had very little lead time to get car shipped. I called on Monday just two days before Christmas, and everything was worked out and ready to go by that Friday. The driver communicated with me regularly throughout the day of pick-up, and the car left Florida on Friday and was in California by Monday, a day before I even got there. Due to my travel and the New Year's holiday, we lost a couple of days, but the car was in my hands by that Friday, in exactly the same condition it had been picked up. I am very pleased with the service we received, and should we ever need to ship another vehicle, Number 1 Auto Transport will be the only number I call.
