I Definitely Recommend Sam with Number 1 Auto

Shipping my car from Florida to California was one hell of a struggle. Had I went with Sam with Number 1 Auto Transport in the first place I know I wouldn't have went through hell and back. The first shipping company I went with was Door 2 Door transport. As soon as they got my money their whole attitudes changed. Anthony was the rudest person in customer service that I've ever spoken to. The truck driver that came to come pick up my car was just as shocked as I was. I decided not to go with them and Loretta and the accounting department lied about giving me a refund. Never again! I then went with Steve at Noble AutoTtransport . Noble is something that their not! They were absolutely no help and they never answered their "24/7" customer service line. I later found out that they posted my car and that's just about it.... I came to Sam, skeptical of all brokers at this point. He didn't ask me for any money upfront, called me back at the times he said he would. He kept in contact with me and made sure my car was here safe. I definitely recommend Sam , he's a really honest guy and I appreciate his help.
