Pick up was a few hours late, but the transporters were friendly, professional and thorough. Sam did a good job explaining the process and keeping me informed. Delivery was on time and the car arrived exactly as it was when it was picked up. Had a good experience overall and would use again and recommend to a friend. We've had two cars transported, this one and one about ten years ago with a different company and had positive experiences both times. From doing online research, it almost seems like a hit or miss proposition to get a reliable transporter. I got a good feeling after talking with Sam and decided to go with his company and it worked out well.
