Had the closing date for the house changed by 2 weeks, I was a wreck. Sam told me, "Don't worry, we will take care of you." Obviously, Sam has never met me, Worry is my middle name. I was psycho customer emailing, calling, basically harassing these guys. They calmed me down and better than that came through. The car was picked up as scheduled and dropped off as scheduled. The driver was great, kept us updated all along the way, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope to never have to ship another car, but I did have the need, Sam would be the first person I would call !!
