Couldn't be worse!

I am just stating what I have gone through with them. On the scheduled pick up day, they called me and ask $100 more, because they couldn't find a driver. Otherwise, I should wait until they find someone. So I gave them $100 more than I initially signed. And they connected me to Astor Transportation, and they came. They got my key, marked all the small dent and scratches. And took my car, while I was talking to my neighbor. A week later, I got my car. A day after the driver called me to come. Then, I found out that my rear spoiler was gone, and my door frame is severely dented and bent. The driver said it's not his fault. This company didn't provide me the insurance certificate until I called them everyday for over a week. But finally, the insurance covers nothing because of the driver's initial marks on the paper, all the dent and bent were counted existed, unless I provide the very close picture on the pick up day. And this company is not recommended, 1st because they did charge $100 more on the promised day, 2nd very delayed to provide me the insurance company, and third, did not instruct me what to do properly ship my car and protect from any damage.
