I do not normally write reviews, but I feel obliged in this case to warn others. First of all, their email communications falsely state a 5.0 rating on TransportReviews.com. You can see that it is much lower. When trying to make a sale, they kept aggressively calling and trying to get me to use their company. Once I agreed and they got my credit card information, everything changed. They did not show up at their agreed upon time window and their driver did not call. Only once I started calling did I get notice that it would be a few more days until another driver could come out. I again called a couple days later and was told the price would be $675 instead of $600 per the initial quote and agreement. Apparently they subcontract to drivers and could not get anyone to do it at the amount they had agreed with me. Understandably, I was frustrated and told them it was their problem to find someone to pick up the car. Their dispatch representatives could not have been less caring. Their answer was that I was free to go elsewhere if I wanted, and that I would have the same experience with other shippers. Clearly, this is the wrong time to find out that a shipping company is baiting and switching. The total lack of communication also only added to the frustration. Bottom line -- avoid this company!
