This was my first experience using a vehicle transport company, so I did a lot of research on which was the best rated company and New World Auto Transport was at the top of the list. I just purchased my dream Corvette and I was nervous about this process. When I contacted them via the internet, I recieved a prompt response both online as well as over the telephone. I dealt with Ray who was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and even addressed things that I never thought to ask. He made the process extremely easy and comfortable. I did not have any doubts using this company.

When the day came to pick my vehicle up at the starting location, the driver did not show up on the scheduled day, but he did eventually give the seller a call and explain that he was held up and would be there the next day. I did not have an issue with this at all. The delivery was scheduled to take 5 days (it was going from Texas to Maryland), and I was told that it might take as little as 4 days depending on the trip (weigh stations, etc). Since the car was picked up on Sunday I fully expected the car to be delivered no sooner than Thursday. To my surprise, Tuesday afternoon I receive a call at work from the driver telling me he will be at my house around 8pm with the vehicle! Normally this would be great news, but since I was not expecting him until soonest Thursday, I was not prepared with the cash I needed to pay the rest of the balance to the driver. Thankfully I was able to pull it together in enough time, but advance notice of an early delivery would have been nice just in case the money was not as easily accessible in such short notice.

All in all, this was a fantastic experience, I knew my car was in great hands and it was truly a wonderful company to deal with!
