I contacted Steve Anderson after there was no movement with the other company. He looked at my previous quote, gave an honest assessment, and was able to get my SUV picked up the next day. Steve went above and beyond customer care and his actions reflected that he and his company is not just about making the bucks but ensuring the best customer experience. I know he had to take a loss for moving my vehicle, but being in the military I am TRULY greatful for people, and businesses, like New World Auto. Not only was my car picked up the next day but it was delivered two days early. NICE JOB STEVE!
