STAY AWAY !!! BE AWARE !!! STAY AWAY !!!
CAR WAS LATE 14 DAYS, WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT SERVICE TO THE DISPATCHER I WAS YELLED AT, TOLD I WAS A LIAR, TOLD IF I WANT MY CAR I SHOULD STOP WASTING THEIR TIME AND JUST GO PICK IT UP MYSELF !!!
WHEN I BROUGHT THIS UP TO THE OWNER TO COMPANY I WAS TOLD THAT "IT'S NO WONDER DISPATACHER YELLED AT ME BECAUSE I HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM" THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. AT THE END OF OUR WEEK AND A HALF NIGHTMARE THE OWNER MADE A REMARK ABOUT MY NAME NOT BEING AMERICAN AND ME NOT BEING FROM THIS COUNTRY AND HUNG UP THE PHONE AGAIN !!!
AT THE END WE HAD TO GO TO EAST LA TO PICK UP THE CAR OURSELVES !!!

FRADULANT REVIEW!!! DRAMA!!! WE REALLY DIDNT WANT TO ENTERTAIN THIS, BUT IT MAKES FOR A GOOD READ AND A LITTLE HUMOR! WE AGREE! WORST NIGHTMARE EVER! STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CUSTOMER!!!!! WE WILL USE THIS CUSTOMERS ADVICE. SO TO ALL TRANSPORT COMPANIES OUT THERE, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CUSTOMER!!!! THIS CUSTOMERS VEHICLE ACTUALLY ARRIVED EARLY, IT WAS A SIX DAY TRANSPORT FROM MARYLAND TO CALIFORNIA. WHEN THE VEHICLE ARRIVED IN CALIFORNIA, THE DRIVER AND HIS DISPATCHERS WERE UNABLE TO REACH THE CUSTOMER AND WE COULD NOT REACH HER EITHER TO SET UP A TIME TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE. WE ALL CALLED HER NUMEROUS TIMES AND WERE FINALLY ABLE TO REACH HER AFTER SEVERAL DAYS. SHE TOLD HIM THAT SHE WAS OUT OF TOWN AND COULD NOT ACCEPT THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER WAS WITHIN TWO BLOCKS OF HER HOME TO DELIVER THE CAR AND HAD TO SPEND $75.00 TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN A MOTEL AFTER SHE TOLD THEM TO DELIVER IT THE NEXT DAY. AGAIN, THE NEXT DAY, NO LUCK AND THEN DISCOVERED THE WHOLE ISSUE WAS THAT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY TO ACCEPT DELIVERY!!!! IN THE MEANTIME THE DRIVER IS HAULING AROUND HER VEHICLE FOR FOUR OR FIVE DAYS, GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND WAS LEFT WITH NO CHOICE, BUT TO TAKE HER VEHICLE BACK TO THEIR STORAGE FACILITY AND TERMINAL IN FONTANA, CA. HE COULD NOT CONTINUE TO DRIVE AROUND ENDLESSLY WITH THIS VEHICLE ON HIS TRUCK AND KEEP DEALING THIS WOMANS ABUSE!. THE STORAGE FACILITY DID NOT CHARGE HER A STORAGE FEE, WHICH THEY NORMALLY WOULD HAVE. THIS WOMAN WAS RUDE AND UNCOOPERATIVE AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE DURING THIS ENTIRE PROCESS TO ALL PARTIES MAKING THREATS AND RACIAL SLURS, AND SAYING SHE WOULD RUIN US, GET A PIECE OF US MEANING THE TRANSPORT COMPANY AND NEW WORLD AUTO TRANSPORT. WE REFUSE TO HAVE ANY FURTHER CONVERSATIONS WITH SVETLANA BOURINBAIAR. SHE CLAIMS SHE PAID 1300.00 FOR THE TRANSPORT AND IT WAS ACTUALLY 1195.00 PLUS SHE INDICATED THAT SHE WAS COMPENSATED FOR THIS AWESOME REVIEW, SHE WAS NOT! AND THINKS EVERYONE IS AGAINST IMMIGRANTS AND EVERYONE IS OUT TO GET HER. OUR TRANSPORTERS ARE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND THEY COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT THEY WERE HEARING OR SEEING AND SHE ACCUSED THEM OF BEING RACIST. IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN THIS IS WHAT THEY HAVE DOCTORS AND SPECIAL MEDS FOR! ADDITIONALLY, THE CUSTOMER BROUGHT THREE OTHER PEOPLE WITH HER TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE, THEY ALL INSPECTED THE VEHICLE, SIGNED A BILL OF LADING THAT INDICATED NO DAMAGE, SHE INDICATED NO DAMAGE ON THIS REVIEW, BUT HAS SINCE FILED A DAMAGE CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIERS INSURANCE, ORBIT AUTO TRANSPORT. OUR TRANSPORTER WAS ORBIT AUTO TRANSPORT, INC. WHO IS ONE OF OUR PREFERRED CARRIERS AND IS A 100% RATED CARRIER THAT WE USE ON EAST TO THE WEST COAST ROUTES. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING IN THIS SITUATION AND CAN BE CONTACTED AT 818-334-5249 (ARMAN OR ARNOLD) I HOPE THAT ANYONE READING THIS HAS FOUND SOME HUMOR IN IT AND REALIZES THAT THIS IS A FRAUDULANT REVIEW.
