I wish I had found this site before I contacted New Way movers

I am a business professional who needed two cars moved, one from NJ to CA. and one from CA to NJ.
I was contacted by a number of car transporters and chose New Way because of the price.
Robert assured me that the move would be seamless. I trusted him and sent a total good faith deposit of $245 for the two moves. I called Robert every day and he said that he would call back with details.
Robert never returned a call. He told me a different story each time I called him.
I emailed Robert and Rachel and never had responses from either.
Finally, when the time frame of the contract passed and New Way breached the contract , I sent an email and called to cancel the contract due to the breach.
There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER service with this company. The only person kind enough to
respond was the dispatcher named Bob.
The only time I heard from the supervisor Rachel, was when I called to speak with Bob and left a message which was picked up by Rachel. She called and was very nasty because I filled a dispute that I filed with the credit card company. She was mad and expressed her anger. If she had done her job of customer service, instead of calling after her company breached the contract and failed miserably, it might have been a different scenario.
Their incompetence made me totally miss my time-line and they still have not returned my deposit, which is fraud, as far as I'm concerned.
I notice that when there is an unhappy customer, New Way finds the time to rebut but can't seem to take the time to return phone calls or emails. I am sure there will be some ridiculous excuse for their failure to do the job that they were contracted and paid a deposit to perform.

The customer CANCELLED her contract with New way moving , dispute the charge on her credit card and continued calling here requesting us to move her car. Well we are NOT working for free and im sure that the customer don't as well therfore all her review is one big lie and fulse. We have all the calls recorded and everybody are more then welcome to contact us and ask to hear the recording. We had explained the customer NICLEY that we will deal with her credit card company but she insisted to continue the conversation. I guess she did a mistake by cancelling her contract.
