I placed the order in early April and explained the importance of picking the vehicle up by the 6th of May as my college student would be flying home on the 7th. I called for two weeks trying to confirm and did not get any return calls. We have had to scramble to find a a transporter the day before he leaves. It is shameful a company like this continues to be in business considering there voicemail reassures a stress free move!

The customer had breached the contract, which she probobly didnt read before sign it. As explained black on white on the contract there are 5-7 days for pick up there is NO guarantee on pick up dates unless the customer is paying extra for that which she didnt. The customer cancelled within the agreed window for pick up that why she is the one who breached the contract. The customer was leaving messages over the weekend when the office was closed and her messages were retunr the following business day. Please at least post the correct information
