Awful!!!!

My car was never picked up! Calls were not returned. Two lady's did call and both told me there were drives in my area but were not sure which one would pick up my car, they would call back in a few hours. Hours turned into days and weeks.... I had to go get my car myself!!! Sent Email to cancel service and asked for a refund of my deposit on 9/1/2009 Rachel replied: (This is a copy and paste from the email)
"Dear Sir
I appologize for the inconviniece,
We will forward your request to the accounting dept.
The process will take up tp 72 hours and we will notify you as soon as the credit will be processed.

Rachel LEvy
General Manager."

On 9/9/2009 I sent another email asking for an update on my deposit. I still have not heard from them.

I think the least this company should have done was given me a refund of my deposit.
