I had a very good experiance with new way. Carol called with a quote and met my counter offer. She then took my info over the phone and stayed in email contact with me whenever I had a question. It took an extra four days beyond the estimated pickup time, but for me this was not a problem, especially since they had the loweset price. Once the car was on the truck it only took 7 days to get to California from North Carolina. Ted the driver was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Overall this was very easy and went much better than I expeted. Thank you new way!
