I contracted to have a car shipped for $695 with $195 down payment. I gave them a month to set up shipment and flew into Springfield, MO to meet the driver. He did not show. 3 weeks later New Way calls and has a driver who wants $750 cash upon delivery. As I felt I had no choice I agreed. I asked, emailed multiple times to have someone call me...nothing. This delivery cost me $250 more than I contracted and I feel used and taken advantage of. Can not recommend this company and would not use again.
