Poor Customer Service- Lies, won't return calls, messages, or emails

Didn't follow through with promises. Lied about services. Won't return emails or answer voicemail messages. Won't refund money. DID NOTHING!! Called them 2/4/2020 about picking up my son's truck in GA and transporting it to him in NM where he is in the service. They said no problem- assured me it would be picked up between 2/5 and 2/7 and to my son by that following Monday- no later than Tuesday. Everyone in the dealership heard Rachel make these promises as I had her on speaker phone. I first dealt with Sam. They called me back numerous times to reassure me they could make this happen- borderline harassing me. I decided to go with them because of Rachel's promises. They called me back and told me I had to pay $175 and if I paid by VENMO they would deduct $25 and I need to hurry and sign contract so they could get truck picked up. I paid the money and signed the contract and didn't hear from anyone. I tried to call them on the 7th- no response. They called me Monday and said they had someone to take the truck but it would be $325 more than they quoted me NOT including the deposit I had paid. I said I couldn't afford that and didn't know that is what would happen. I declined that on Monday because I could not pay that extra money. She told me I was contracted until 2/18 for them to find a driver to which I didn't see anywhere in the contract. I called back NUMEROUS times to speak to Rachel and never got a call back. I called back to speak to Sam and left messages with no call back. I finally spoke with a Rosa on 2/12. She apologized and said I should not have been treated that way. She said it was after hours but that she could get billing department to refund my deposit the following day. 2/14 I received a text from Rosa saying they were processing my refund and emailing the receipt. WELL THAT HAS YET TO HAPPEN AND TODAY IS 3/2/2020. I have called and left 8 messages. I have sent 3 emails to their billing department. I call and call and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. I have messaged Rosa back- the only person who seems to be helpful and she told me to email the billing department to which I did. I have messaged her several times after that with no response. I can't believe a business like this is allowed to operate. This is poor customer service. My husband ended up driving the truck to NM to take to my son. I received NOTHING for the $175 I was charged and can't get a refund. My husband has also called and left several messages without response. I would advise ANYONE and EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will tell you what you want to hear, get your money by VENMO since it can't be tracked, then you never hear from them again. DON'T DO VENMO with anyone like this EVER- use PAYPAL so it can be disputed. This company knows they screwed me over and now refuse to refund my money. This is horrible especially since I am military and my son is military and we needed help in this move. I have contacted my bank and they do not have the refund. I have called this company over 20 times and sent over 6 emails with NO RESPONSE. This is awful for NO SERVICE at all.
