These guys were good till the day I received my car in TX. They sub-contracted to chicago auto transport. The day it came, I drove and saw that the wheel alignment went for a toss. I talked to chicago auto transport, whom New way directed us to, and they asked to send a fax of estimated cost for repair. I had to get it repaired and faxed the bill. No one replied from Chicago auto transport and so, I went to New Way moving services from where I scheduled my move. They responded everytime asking me to call next day atleast for 2 months. I now lost all the hope in calling them. The place where I got it repaired said, the movers did not tow it properly. These so-called-movers hire ppl who dont even know how to tow a car. It costed an extra 700USD!!! PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE.

Thank you for relaying the details of your auto transport. We regret that your experience with your car was not what you anticipated. With respects to the transport you stated that you had problem with your alignment.Since our agents do not drive your car and there was visual damage to the vehicle it is not something that we could say transpired prior to the shipping or during the transport of the vehicle. Respectfully we have spoken to the auto shipper and they have relayed the same information to us. Please understand that we never wish to have a customer have a bad experience. We will continue to make effort to assist in this matter but again there would need to be proof that this issue happen during transport.Respectfully we are unclear how it could have happened. Please contact Morgan via email at morgan@newwaymovingservices.com.She will assist in this matter to help resolve your claim. Thank you
