Cancel the order much ahead in time due to project cancellation

I have to cancel my move due the project cancellation and well informed the moving company. Was looking out of the return of the payment follow-up done for 3 weeks but no success. These guys are good in talking till the point money iw withdrawn after that if you call from the same number your call time itself will be too long.
This is my first place of reporting, I will be reporting it at multiple places.
Its a fraud company to me. Thanks Manish
