I requested shipping almost two months out and they could not get a truck to me on time. I was moving across country and they said my truck would be picked up within a three-day. That did not happen and I had to change flights and spend money to accommodate their poor scheduling. They could never give a firm pickup time once they missed their pickup window and I was forced to find another company. Customer service was rude and completely unhelpful and I would not trust them to ship anything after this experience. Stay Far Far away from this company. They also tried to keep my deposit after they could not provide shipping.

First of all to start with, the customer had signed on a 10 days window for pickup. He was NEVER guaranteed a specific date and/or time. The customer forgot to mention on his review that on 6/29/2017 we did process a refund back to his credit card. We dont want to post a confidential information online but we can provide a proof that a refund was proceeded back to his credit card.
